How to change IMSI or MSISN of sim

When you need to change the simcard MSISDN or IMSI number.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Locate you simcard. One way of doing so is to go to 'Inventory' and search for you simcard using the ICCID number.
  2. When found, go to 'actions' and choose 'Change the MSISDN number'
  3. Update the details and hit 'save'.
